Hi Everyone, my name is Ronisha! I just want to first thank you for choosing myself as your nail tech!! I have been doing nails for 2 years now and it has now become a true passion of mine. RBC stands for my myself and my kids, they give me the passion and drive to continue my passion and creating this business for them in the future. I love everything about nails and also continuing my education about nails.

- Payments: All payments are accepted via: CASH, CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD, APPLE PAY
- NO CASHAPP!!
- When using a card there is a 3.5% processing fee. We do take all major credit cards and debit cards.
- Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy: Please reschedule/cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation fees. Rescheduling Appointments- Clients have up to 2 back to back rescheduling opportunities. After the 3rd schedule there is a 50% deposit required to book and keep your appointment. If the deposit is not sent the appointment will be cancelled.
- Cancellation fees & No Call/No Show- Charge 75% of what your service will be. Ex: Basic Full set $70, you will be charged $52.50 No Call/No Show upon my discretion will determine your next appointment. After 2 No Call/No Show will result in no further appointments.
- Squeeze in appointments anything booked after my set hours will result in a squeeze in charge of an additional $25 on top of you booked service. You will need to contact myself to book these appointments.
- Lateness Policy: You are allotted a 15 minute grace period, 15, 20 mins will result in a $10 late fee charge. After 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged accordingly.
